As we celebrate National Heart Health Awareness Month, we are honored to assist those who are at the Heart of the Home. From helping with meal preparation, light house keeping, transitioning, dressing, medication reminders, companion care and more – we believe no one should ever feel alone. Heart health is so vitally important, and we also take this time to thank all our Personal Care Services employees who are participating late this month in our Second Annual Blood Drive in partnership with Vitalant Blood Services. Our inaugural blood drive last February was a tremendous success and our employees kept the Vitalant Blood Mobile busy during their morning with us to collect valuable blood needed by so many in our community and across the region. While we’re here each and every day for our clients’ needs, we’re also committed to the entire community. Thanks to Vitalant for participating again this month as we get our arms up to give the lifeblood so many need.
